粉煤灰粉磨方式对其电耗及性能的影响研究

摘要 本文对比了两种粉磨设备(立磨和球磨)以及球磨中不同研磨介质在粉磨粉煤灰时,其电耗及性能的差别。通过试验得出:粉煤灰磨细到相同比表面积时,立磨主机电耗约为球磨主机电耗的70%~75%,且随着比表面积的增加,立磨与球磨主机电耗的差值变小。磨细粉煤灰的活性均有提高,且活性随着比表面积的增加而增加,球磨机系统活性增长明显,而立磨活性的增长则相对较小。当磨细粉煤灰比表面积为6 000 cm^2/g时,立磨粉煤灰的活性最大。球磨机采用不同研磨介质生产的粉煤灰,其活性相差不多。粉磨设备及研磨介质类型对粉煤灰的需水量比无影响。 The power consumption and property of fly ash, which were produced by two different grinding devices (VRM and ball mill) and two different grinding mediums, were compared. The results showed that when the fly ash was ground to the same Blaine, the power consumption of the VRM was 70%-75% of that of ball mill, and the difference of the power consumption was narrowed as the increment of fly ash Blaine. The activity of fly ash was improved after fly ash was ground, and the activity was increased with the increment of fly ash Blaine. The activity increment of the fly ash ground by ball mill was obvious, while that of VRM was relatively small. The activity of fly ash ground by VRM was biggest when the Blaine was 6 000 cm2/g. The fly ash ground by the different grinding media of the ball mill was almost same. The grinding equipment and grinding media have no influence on the water demand ratio of the fty ash.
