摘要
研究了300 MW发电机组护环的热锻工艺、固溶处理工艺和冷变形强化工艺,确定了工艺技术参数。对护环锻件的缺陷进行了分析并明确了控制措施,为后续生产打下坚实的基础。
The hot forging process,the solution heat treatment process,and the cold deformation strengthening for the retaining ring of 300 MW generator unit have been studied. The parameters of process technology have been determined. Forging defects of retaining ring have been analyzed,and we have determined the quality control measures. It is laying a solid soundine for later production.
