摘要
为了有效减少车身质量,铝及其合金逐渐成为现代汽车制造的首选材料。对比研究了固溶温度、固溶时间和室温停留时间对汽车轮毂用A356铸造铝合金力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,A356铸造铝合金最佳固溶处理工艺是540℃×3.5 h,最佳室温停留时间为2 h;在此条件下A356铸造铝合金可以获得最佳综合力学性能。
In order to effectively reducing the weight of the car body, aluminum and its alloys gradually become the first choice of modern automobile manufacturing materials. The influence of solid solution temperature, solid solution time and room temperature stay time on the mechanical properties of A356 casting aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the best process of A356 casting aluminum alloy solution treatment is 540 ×and keeping 3.5 h, the best room temperature stay time should be 2 h, and the A356 alloy can reach the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
