摘要
学习型社会是当今主流社会形态,终身学习思想是国际社会的主流思想,学习文化在我国正逐步形成。文章对成人学习者的学习需求进行问卷调查,通过数据分析和统计检验,结合瑞典、韩国等经验,形成研究结论,提出了整合终身学习资源、促进资源细分;促进终身学习项目化、人本化、可操作化;设置终身学习专职从业人员;促进终身教育立法,构建立体化服务体系等发展建议。
The learning society is the mainstream society today.The thought of lifelong learning is the mainstream thought of the international community.The learning culture is gradually forming in our country.This paper made a questionnaire survey on the learning needs of adult learners,and through data analysis and statistical test,in combination with Sweden,South Korea,and other experiences,formed the research conclusions,offered proposals,such as：integrating the lifelong learning resources and promoting the subdivision of resources,promoting lifelong learning to be project oriented,humanized and operable,setting up lifelong learning professionals,promoting the legislation of lifelong education,building a three-dimensional service system,etc.
