摘要
学习型社会是当今主流社会形态,终身学习思想是国际社会的主流思想,学习文化在我国正逐步形成。文章对成人学习者的学习需求进行问卷调查,通过数据分析和统计检验,结合瑞典、韩国等经验,形成研究结论,提出了整合终身学习资源、促进资源细分;促进终身学习项目化、人本化、可操作化;设置终身学习专职从业人员;促进终身教育立法,构建立体化服务体系等发展建议。
The learning society is the mainstream society today.The thought of lifelong learning is the mainstream thought of the international community.The learning culture is gradually forming in our country.This paper made a questionnaire survey on the learning needs of adult learners,and through data analysis and statistical test,in combination with Sweden,South Korea,and other experiences,formed the research conclusions,offered proposals,such as:integrating the lifelong learning resources and promoting the subdivision of resources,promoting lifelong learning to be project oriented,humanized and operable,setting up lifelong learning professionals,promoting the legislation of lifelong education,building a three-dimensional service system,etc.
