摘要
介绍了箱梁在制作过程中产生的质量问题,包括错台、漏浆、水波纹、梁体侧弯。分析了箱梁在施工过程中产生质量问题的因素,同时也提出了预防措施及施工过程中的控制要点,并针对一些疑点难点进行了探讨。
This paper introduced some quality problems produced in box girder production process,including the slab staggering,slurry,water wave,beam side bend,analyzed the factors produced the quality problems during the construction process,and also put forward the prevention measures and the control key points in construction process,and discussed some difficult points and difficulties.
