摘要
目前大部分污水处理厂自动化程度低,运行效率低。为解决这一问题,本文以污水处理厂为例,介绍西门子PLC在污水处理自动控制系统中的设计。给出了控制系统的整体硬件结构,控制系统的设计过程和思想,控制程序和上位机。系统监控系统可以进一步提高污水处理的自动化程度。
At present, most sewage treatment plants are of low automation and low efficiency. To solve this problem, taking sewage treatment plant as an example, this paper introduces the design of SIEMENS PLC in the automatic control system of sewage treatment. The overall hardware structure of the control system, the design process and idea of the control system, the control program and the upper computer are given. The system monitoring system can further improve the automation of sewage treatment.
