摘要
目的总结妊娠期糖尿病患者实施不同干预方式后对妊娠结局造成的影响。方法对120例妊娠期糖尿病患者实施干预,按照随机法分为两组,对照组60例实施常规干预,观察组60例实施综合干预指导,统计不同干预方式实施后对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响。结果观察组的空腹血糖水平、孕妇(剖宫产、产程长、胎膜早破、羊水过多)、围生儿(巨大儿、早产、新生儿窒息)与对照组相比,两组间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施合理健康指导结合健康教育,可有效控制妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,改善不良妊娠结局,具有显著临床价值。
Objective To summarize the effect of different intervention methods on pregnancy outcome after gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Intervention in patients with 120 cases of gestational diabetes, according to the method of random divided into two groups, control group 60 cases, conventional intervention group of 60 cases of the implementation of comprehensive intervention guidance, statistical different intervention methods after implementation of the effect of gestational diabetes pregnancy outcome. Results Fasting blood glucose levels, pregnant women in observation group（cesarean delivery, long labor, premature rupture of membranes, hydramnios）, wai begat（macrosomia, premature birth, neonatal asphyxia） compared with control group, significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes and improve the outcome of bad pregnancy, with significant clinical value.
