摘要
酸奶中双歧杆菌的浓度是判断酸奶营养和功效的标准之一。随着人们健康意识的提高,乳酸制品的营养价值越来越受到重视。为了检验市面上乳酸制品的双歧杆菌的浓度,使用聚合酶链式反应验证引物的可行性及灵敏度后,通过使用凝胶成像分析系统进行图像分析和灰度值分析,建立线性方程式,以快速检测酸奶中双歧杆菌的浓度。
The concentration of bifidobacteria in yoghurt is one of the criteria to judge the nutrition and efficacy of yogurt. With the improvement of people's health consciousness, the nutritional value of lactic acid products is paid more and more attention. In order to test the concentration of bifidobacteria in lactic acid products on the market, the feasibility and sensitivity of the primers were verified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR), and the linear equations were established by image analysis and gray value analysis using gel imaging analysis system.
