摘要
针对北部扎齐油田稠油冷采、出砂严重,检泵周期短,人工举升困难的问题,进行了采油工艺的优选和优化设计,并进行了配套工艺技术的研究,结果表明,采用大直径、深穿透、高孔密射孔技术排出近井地带砂粒,形成油流通道能够提高原油产量,通过采用螺杆泵强排砂技术设计合理转速能够较好解决该油田存在问题,下泵深度应该尽量接近油层段,防止砂埋产层;同时,采用大泵径、大间隙、低冲次有杆泵举升技术能够避免砂卡泵,延长检泵周期。
Aiming at the cold production of heavy oil, sand serious, short pump inspection period and artificial lift problems in northern Zazi oilfield, optimization and design of production technology and matching technology is carried out. The results show that the large diameter, deep penetration, high shot density perforating technology, discharge near wellbore sand to improve the output of crude oil, the oil flow passage.Using screw pump drainage sand technology of reasonable speed design can solve problem of the oilfield, pump depth should be close to the reservoir, preventing sand burying layer.At the same time, the pump diameter, large gap and low stroke rod pump lifting technique can avoid sand card, prolongs the pump inspection period.
