摘要
针对稠油吞吐开发后期,稠油井套管的损坏。在更换套管作业中,遇泥岩层会出现套铣造浆快的现象,修井液的黏度和剪切力上升;钙侵严重需调配或更换修井液,增加了施工难度。通过室内实验筛选出取换套防钙侵修井液配方,研发的修井液抑制包被能力、抗钙侵能力、降滤失和抗污染能力都有提高,解决井壁失稳、阻卡、修井液钙侵等问题,降低复杂情况及事故发生率,从技术上保障了稠油区块取换套的施工。
Damage of the casings used in viscous crude wells occurred in the later stage of viscous crude oil huff and puff development. The mud making by casing milling is rapid when mudstone stratum is encountered during casing replacing operation,which leads to the increase of the viscosity and the shearing force of workover fluid. The workover fluid needs to be adjusted or replaced once calcium contamination becomes severe,which would increase the difficulty of construction. A anti-calcium contamination workover fluid formulation for casing replacement/retrieval was developed via laboratory test. The properties of inhibition,anti-calcium contamination,filtrate reduction and anti-contamination of this workover fluid were improved,which has eliminated the problems of wellbore instability,pipe sticking and calcium contamination of workover fluid,etc.,reduced the complex situation and accident rates,and provided technical support for the casing replacement/retrieval construction in viscous crude oil blocks.
