摘要
分析了高校实验耗材管理中存在的问题:管理粗放、工作效率低、耗材缺乏全流程动态监管及有效的监督审核手段等。结合学校实际情况,介绍了动态管理模式在实验教学耗材管理中的运用。通过搭建耗材信息化管理平台,建立经费划拨数学模型和创新耗材经费审核管理模式,强化管理过程中突发情况的预警管理,实现了耗材全流程动态管理,保障了耗材资源有效利用和绿色低碳消耗,提高了管理效率和人员的工作积极性。
Introduce the problems of experiment materials management by our country universities, such as extensive management,low work efficiency,lack of dynamic supervision and effective monito-ring and auditing methods. According to our university’s practical situation, introduce the dynamic management pattern of experimental consumables,which form building information management plat-form ,creation a mathematical model for allocation of funds and innovation consumables funds manage-ment. At the same time, consolidate the early warning management of the sudden situation in the process of management. Realizing the dynamic management of the whole process of consumable materi-als ,the effective utilization of consumables resources and green low-carbon consumption are realized, and the efficiency of management and the work enthusiasm of personnel are improved.
