摘要
辨证论治是分析、辨别、认识疾病的证候,进而确立相应的治疗法则的诊治方法。而专药专用是根据药之专长,有是病(或症)用是药,它不同于辨证论治之"有是证用是药",药随证变,而是病不变药亦不变,有是病用是药。在某种意义说,是一种与辨证论治相反的用药思路。故临床应使两者有机结合,达到更好的治疗效果,其结合方式有以下几种:(1)专药专用治病,辨证论治治证;(2)专药专用解决基本矛盾,辨证论治解决主要矛盾;(3)专药专用治标,辨证论治治本;(4)专药专用治症,辨证论治治证;(5)专药专用治病,辨证论治治人;(6)专药专用祛邪,辨证论治扶正;(7)以西医方法专药专用,以中医方法辨证论治;(8)专药专用治共性,辨证论治治个性;(9)专药专用纠微观之变,辨证论治治宏观之证;(10)专药专用治隐证,辨证论治治显证。
By syndrome differentiation and treatment,the syndrome of a disease is analyzed,differentiated and understood,so as to establish a treatment method conforming to relevant treatment rules. By special use of specific medicine,a specific medicine is used for a specific disease（ or syndrome） according to the specialty of the medicine. Different from ＂ a specific medicine is used for a specific syndrome＂ and ＂ medicine changes according to syndrome＂ of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the special use of specific medicine proposes that,medicine doesn＇t change as long as the disease doesn＇t change. In a certain sense,this medication thinking is contrary to syndrome differentiation and treatment. Therefore,the two should be combined clinically to achieve a desirable treatment effect. The following are some methods for the combination of the two：（1） by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,the disease is cured; while by ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂,the syndrome is cured;（2）by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,the basic contradiction is solved; while by ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂,the major contradiction is solved;（3）by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,it has a palliative effect; while by ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂,it can cure the disease from the root;（4）by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,the symptoms are cured; while by ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂,the syndrome is cured;（5）by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,it cures the disease locally; while by ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂,it cures the patient as a whole;（6）by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,it eliminates pathogens; while by ＂syndrome differentiation and treatment＂,it strengthens healthy energy;（7）by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,western medicine is resorted to; while by ＂ syndrome differentiation and treatment＂,TCM is resorted to;（8）by ＂ special use of special medicine＂,the
