潜孔冲击旋喷复合管桩及其在超厚砂层中的试验 被引量:3

摘要 针对常见桩型的缺点,开发了一种新型的水泥土复合桩,通过预先在场地中进行潜孔冲击高压旋喷,对桩周土体进行预加固,而后在水泥土中植入刚性桩(预应力管桩),形成水泥土复合管桩,实现潜孔冲击旋喷复合管桩桩周土体预加固与预制桩装配式施工相结合的理念,在桩基工程技术和施工工艺方面取得了一定的创新成果。最后,通过在北京通州超厚砂层条件下的现场试验,验证了该桩型与钻孔灌注桩相比在质量、效率等方面具备的综合优势,为类似地层加固提供了一种全新的解决方案。 In view of the shortages of common foundation piles,a new type of pipe pile embedded in cement soil is referred as down-hole-impact jet grouting composite pile was developed. The pile was formed by down-hole-impact jet grouting in the earth,at the same time,the soil around pile was reinforced,then rigid pile(PHC pipe pile) was inserted in cement soil,finally,a pipe pile embedded in cement soil was formed. Some innovations on the techniques and construction methods were achieved combined with the concept of restrengthening of pile soil. The paper proved the comprehensive advantages on the quality,work efficiency and cost of down-hole-impact jet grouting composite pipe pile with the experiment on the super-thick sand layer in Tongzhou district of Beijing,which could been used as a new option solution for strengthening the similar strata.
