摘要
水资源短缺,水资源利用不合理是我国当前面临的严峻问题,基于水资源的现状问题,合理优化配置水资源显得尤为重要。在之前的研究基础上,介绍了一种新型仿生智能算法:鲸鱼优化算法,利用该算法参数简单、快速收敛及其全局优化等优点,将其运用至水资源优化配置问题中,并以邯郸市东部平原区为研究区进行合理的水资源优化配置。结果表明,丰水年和平水年各地区各用水部门供需矛盾得到了一定缓解,但枯水年各地区均仍处于缺水状态。经配置研究,鲸鱼优化算法在水资源优化配置方面具有较好的可行性,并为水资源优化配置提供了一种新的研究方法。
The shortage and the irrational utilization of water resources are serious problems in China,current situations based on water resources,reasonable optimal allocation of water resources are particularly important. On the basis of previous studies,this paper introduces a new bionic intelligent algorithm: whale optimization algorithm,with the advantages of simple parameters,fast convergence and global optimization,the algorithm applies to the optimal allocation of water resources,and to the eastern plains in Handan City as the research area for the optimal allocation of water resources reasonably. The results show that the contradiction between supply and demand of water supply departments in different regions has been eased in normal flow years and high flow years. However,the low flow year is still in water shortage in all regions. Through the research in this paper,the whale optimization algorithm has better feasibility in water resource optimization,and provides a new research method for water resources optimal allocation.
