摘要
决定人才培养模式的因素主要包括学生、教师、管理者、学习空间和用人单位,它们之间存在耦合关系。西藏地区高校人才培养模式五维因素存在低耦合或不耦合关系,从而导致人才培养质量不高。为此,笔者提出多维因素高耦合人才培养模式,详细论述调整它们之间低耦合或不耦合的措施和方法,即:精准定位目标与规格,立足学情修订培养方案,动态调整教学内容与进度,注重西藏学生元素养教育,加强"双师型"师资队伍培训,学习空间创新设计与改造等,从而构建符合西藏地区高校多维因素高耦合人才培养模式,以达到提高人才培养质量的目的。
The factors that determine the talent training mode mainly include students,teachers,administrators,learning space,and employers with a coupling relationship among them. There is a low coupling or non coupling relationship among the five-dimensional factors of talent cultivation mode for colleges in Tibet,which leads to the problem of low quality of talent training. For this reason,in this paper,a multiple-factored high coupling talent cultivation mode is presented and the measures and methods to adjust the low coupling or non coupling relationship among them are discussed in detail. They are the precise positioning of the targets and specifications,revising training program according to students' learning situation,adjusting teaching content and progress based on dynamic teaching effect,laying stress on the metaliteracy education for Tibetan students,training double qualified teachers,and innovating the design and transformation of learning space. In this way,this talent fostering mode can be constructed to achieve the goal of improving the quality of talent training.
