摘要
制备了Nb、Ti微合金化的低碳贝氏体高强钢,并对其动态再结晶行为进行了研究。用SEM、TEM对实验钢的显微组织进行研究。结果表明,低碳贝氏体高强钢的屈服强度达到650 MPa,抗拉强度达到785 MPa,伸长率为24%,力学性能良好。该钢的显微组织主要以粒状贝氏体、针状铁素体和部分板条贝氏体为主。最后得到了低碳贝氏体高强钢的动态再结晶数学模型。
Nb and Ti microalloyed low carbon bainite high strength steel was prepared. The dynamic recrystallization behavior of the steel was researched. The microstructure of the steels was analyzed by SEM and TEM. The results show that the yield strength of low carbon bainite high strength steel reaches 650 MPa, tensile strength reaches 785 MPa and the elongation is 24%. The steel has good mechanical properties. The microstructure is mainly composed of granular bainite, acicular ferrite and part of lath bainite. At last, the dynamic recrystallization math model of low carbon bainite high strength steel was obtained.
