摘要
基因工程是生命科学类专业的主干课程。为了切实提高基因工程课堂教学质量,我们从精选课程教材、优化教学内容、规范教学文件、实施"一教二主三化"的课堂教学综合改革等方面,进行了基因工程课堂教学改革的探索与实践,取得了一定的效果,以期为我国高校基因工程课堂教学与改革提供参考。
Genetic Engineering is an important specialized basic course for the students majoring in life sciences.In order to improve the teaching quality of this course conscientiously,we made some reforms by selecting textbooks,optimizing the contents of teaching,specifying teaching files and carrying out comprehensive reform of "one teaching,two self learning,three transformation" and so on.Good effect was obtained,which is expected to provide a reference for genetic engineering teaching of colleges and universities in China.
