摘要
深化研究生创新创业教育对于教育改革具有重大战略意义。研究生在创新创业方面有着独特优势,但也面临着高校组织机制不健全、教育机制不完善、资源碎片化严重、保障机制不到位等问题。上海理工大学立足改革实践,坚持问题导向,强化顶层设计,打造"全局推进"升级版;注重实践培育,灵活教学管理,打造"学分评定"升级版;创新培养模式,深化实体协同,打造"联合培养"升级版;建立协同育人机制,与企业共建"沪江创业学院",打造"创业班"升级版;整合孵化载体资源,开发"孵化云平台",打造"实体孵化园区"升级版;强化保障机制,发挥多方合力,打造"协同保障"升级版。
Deepening graduate students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education is of great strategic significance to education reform.Graduate students have a unique advantage in the innovation and entrepreneurship,but also faced with unsound organization mechanism、imperfect educational mechanism、fragmented resources、incomplete guarantee mechanism and other issues in colleges.Based on the existing reform practice,University of Shanghai for Science and Technology insists on focusing on the problems,strengthen top-level design and create updated version of Global Advance;emphasizes practice cultivation,perfects flexible teaching administration and creates updated version of Credit Evaluation;Innovates talent cultivation model,deepens entity cooperation and creates updated version of Joint Education;establishes cooperative educational mechanism and Entrepreneurship Institute of USST with the enterprises and creates updated version of Entrepreneurship Class（Specialty）;integrates resource of incubation vectors,develops incubation cloud platform and creates updated version of Incubation Park;strengthens guarantee system,plays together and creates updated version of Collaborative Guarantee.
