摘要
应用型人才的培养是地方高校人才培养的首要目标,而产教融合又是应用型人才培养的关键。但受行业特殊性的限制,许多专业难以通过产教融合这一途径推进应用型人才培养。金融学专业这方面的问题尤为突出,大多数院校金融学专业学生实操能力的培养主要依赖实验室的模拟操作来完成,学生动手能力差、业务上手慢的问题普遍存在,难以满足行业对应用型人才的需求。以东北农业大学金融学专业在应用型人才培养方面所进行的实践探索为例,提出以专业赛事融入学生实习实践教学的模式,以赛促学、以赛检学,提升学生运用专业理论知识解决实践问题的能力。
The cultivation of applied talents is the primary goal of local colleges and universities,and the integration of production and education is the key to cultivate applied talents.However,due to the special limitations of the industry,it is difficult for many majors to promote applied talents cultivation through the integration of production and education.The problems are particularly prominent for finance major.The cultivation of practical operation ability of finance major students mainly relies on the simulation operation in laboratory in most colleges and universities.The problems of students’poor practical ability and slow vocational work start are common,which make it difficult for students to meet the industry’s demand of applied talents.This paper takes the practical exploration of cultivating applied talents in northeast agricultural university as an example and puts forward the model of integrating professional competition into students’practice teaching,promoting and checking students’learning by competition and enhancing students’ability to solve practical problems with professional theoretical knowledge.
