摘要
目的:观察川芎嗪对慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)及一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)的影响。方法:选择2009年12月至2013年12月就诊于本院的CKD患者200例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各100例。对照组给予低磷、高钙、优质蛋白饮食,针对患者的病情常规给予控制血压、感染、纠正酸中毒及电解质紊乱等治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予川芎嗪注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、肌酐清除率(creatinine clearance rate,CCR)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、NET、NO水平变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为88.0%,对照组有效率为79.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后BUN、Scr、ET-1、NO较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Ccr较治疗前明显升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪治疗CKD疗效确切,可显著降低ET-1、NO水平,改善肾脏缺血再灌注功能。
Objective：To observe the influence of ligustrazine on endothelin（ET） and nitric oxide（NO） of Patients with chronic renal disease（CKD）.Methods：Two hundred patients with CKD who were treated in our hospital between December 2009 and December 2013 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 100 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given low phosphorus,high calcium and high quality protein diet.According to the patient＇s condition,routine treatment was given to control blood pressure,resist infection,correct acidosis and electrolyte disorders.And the ones in the treatment group were added Ligustrazine Injection based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.The two groups＇ serum creatinine（Scr）,creatinine clearance rate（CCR）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,NET,NO level changes were observed.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was88% and that of the control group was 79%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the two groups＇ BUN,Scr,ET-1,NO were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the Ccr in the two groups was significantly higher than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ligustrazine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on CKD,can significantly reduce the levels of ET-1 and NO and improve the function of renal ischemia-reperfusion.
