摘要
目的：研究适应不良的大学新生初始沙盘特征,以探讨初始沙盘的诊断价值。方法：在某医学院校2015级大一新生中招募自愿参与沙盘游戏者,采用大学新生适应性量表测量,从中筛选出适应不良的大学新生30人为实验组,36人对照组。分别制作并记录初始沙盘作品。结果：在沙具的使用情况方面,实验组初始沙盘中建筑物（t=2.105,P〈0.05）、交通工具（t=2.958,P〈0.01）、植物（t=2.787,P〈0.01）、生活用品（t=2.362,P〈0.05）类沙具的使用要少于对照组;主题呈现方面,实验组多出现空洞（χ2=20.85,P〈0.01）、忽视（χ2=14.32,P〈0.01）两个创伤性主题,较少出现流动（χ2=4.40,P〈0.05）治愈性主题;空间使用情况方面,实验组较少使用左下（χ2=8.58,P〈0.01）、中（χ2=7.43,P〈0.01）、右下（χ2=3.96,P〈0.05）和右上（χ2=4.62,P〈0.05）这4个区域。结论：适应不良的大学新生在沙具使用情况、沙盘作品的主题特征、沙盘的空间使用情况等维度有特征表现,证明初始沙盘对于大学新生适应不良问题具有临床心理评估的功能。
Objective：To study the initial Sandplay features of college freshmen with maladjustment problems,and explore the diagnostic value of initial sandplay.Methods：Recruited volunteers from freshmen of 2015 in a medical college to participate in sandplay.We adopted the University Freshmen＇s Adaptability Scale（SACQ）to sift out 30 students with maladjustment problems as the experimental group.The other 36 students were in control group.The initial sandplay products were recorded.Results：On the use of toys,the experimental group was significantly lower than the controlled group in building（t=2.105,P〈0.05）,traffic tool（t=2.958,P〈0.01）,plant（t=2.787,P〈0.01）,life activities（t=236.2,P〈0.05）,daily necessities（t=2.362,P〈0.05）.On the theme of sandplay,the experimental group was significantly higher in empty（χ2=20.85,P〈0.01）,neglect（χ2=14.32,P〈0.01）which were traumatic themes,and less in flow（χ2=4.40,P〈0.05）which was healing theme.On the use of space,the experimental group use less lower left（χ2=8.58,P〈0.01）,middle（χ2=7.43,P〈0.01）,lower right（χ2=3.96,P〈0.05）and upper right（χ2=4.62,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The initial sandplays of maladjusted freshmen have significant characterstics in the use of toys,themes,space,which means initial sandplay has clinical mental assessing function in freshmen＇s maladjustment.
