摘要
在异质性企业动态模型的基础上构建了出口企业"开拓者—追随者"模型,对出口开拓者企业影响追随者企业生产绩效的逻辑机制进行解释,通过中国海关数据库和中国工业企业数据进行匹配合并,从微观层面实证考察出口开拓者企业的溢出效应对追随者企业生产率的影响,实证结果表明开拓者企业的出口溢出效应会显著提高追随者企业的生产率。此外,还从区域异质性、时间异质性、行业异质性、产品异质性等维度考察了开拓者企业的溢出效应对追随者企业生产率的异质性影响。从区域异质性来看,经济欠发达区域相较经济发达区域出口企业开拓者的外部溢出效应更强,更有利于促进出口追随者生产率的提高;从时间异质性来看,出口企业开拓者出口新产品存活时间不同则其市场外部的溢出效应不同,出口追随者企业的生产率与开拓者企业出口新产品存活时间成正相关;从行业异质性来看,同行业开拓者对其追随者的生产率促进作用较非同行业开拓者更大;从产品异质性来看,出口制成品追随者相比于非制成品追随者能够吸收更多的技术、信息以提升其生产率。
This paper constructs the ＂ pioneer-follower＂ model of the export enterprises based on the dynamic trade model of the heterogeneous enterprises,to explain the logical mechanism of the impact of export pioneers on followers＇ production performance. We empirically investigates the impact of spillover effect of export pioneers on followers＇ production performance from micro-level through matching the data of Chinese Customs Database and Chinese Industrial Enterprises Database,and the results show that the spillover effect of export pioneers can significantly improve the productivity of export followers. In addition,this article also investigates the heterogeneity of spillover effect of pioneers on followers＇ productivity from the dimensions of regional heterogeneity,time heterogeneity,industry heterogeneity and product heterogeneity. From the perspective of regional heterogeneity,the external spillover effect of exporter pioneers in underdeveloped regions are stronger than that of exporter pioneers in developed regions,which is more conducive to promoting the productivity of export followers.From the perspective of time heterogeneity,the spillover effect is different when the survival time of export pioneers＇ export of new products is different,and the productivity of export followers is positively correlated with the survival time of pioneers＇ export of new products. From the perspective of industry heterogeneity,the pioneers of the same industry have a greater role in promoting the productivity of their followers than the pioneers of other industries. From the perspective of the product heterogeneity,export followers of manufactured goods can absorb more technology and information to improve their productivity than non-manufactured followers.
