“90后”知识型员工的需求及激励研究

摘要 “90后”受教育程度普遍较高,其在社会经济和企事业单位发展中的作用日益突显。本文通过对“90后”知识型员工的个性特征、需求等研究,提出了解“90后”知识型员工的个性特征、挖掘并满足他们的潜在需求,并且高效地培养和激励他们等对策,以期对企事业单位的人事管理提供一定的参考价值。 " The generation after 90s" with high education level, they play more and more important role in the devel- opment of social economy, enterprises and institutions. It puts forward some countermeasures such as : learning about the personality characteristics of "the generation after 90s" knowledge -based employees, tapping and meeting their potential needs, effective cultivating and inspiring these groups by conducting research on their personalities and needs. It is hoped to provide some reference value for the human resource management of modern enterprises and in- stitutions.
