摘要
针对火电厂锅炉灭火保护可靠性低的问题,从火焰检测系统的电源设计、火检光纤冷却效果、火检探头超温、灭火保护逻辑设计缺陷等方面分析了锅炉灭火保护可靠性低的原因,并提出了有效的优化改进措施。实践证明,改进后的火检系统运行稳定可靠,灭火保护误动作概率低,确保了机组的安全经济运行。
Aiming at low reliability of boiler safeguard supervision in thermal power plant,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low reliability of boiler fire protection,puts forward the effective optimization and improvement measures for the several problems that are easily occured in the long-term operation,practice proves that the improved fire detection system is stable and reliable,the probability of wrong action is very low,ensures the safety and economic operation of the plant.
