摘要
针对电厂锅炉在磨煤机运行方式改变后传统的锅炉调节系统很难取得良好的控制效果,结合410t/h锅炉的结构特点和燃烧特性,提出一种针对磨煤机运行方式优选排序和送风回路模糊比例—积分—微分(PID)的智能控制策略。通过以一次风煤粉射程对炉内假象切圆的影响为标准,确定最佳的磨煤机运行方式,针对当前的运行方式,结合大量的专家知识和经验,建立模糊PID控制器对送风回路进行优化控制。仿真实验结果和实例表明,磨煤机运行方式优选排序和送风回路模糊PID的智能控制方法优于传统的手动控制和PID控制。利用磨煤机运行方式优选和送风回路模糊PID的智能控制,可提高锅炉系统的安全性和稳定性。
In the power plant,shift of the running pattern of the coal mill impose a bad effect on the traditional boiler control system.In that case,considering the structure characteristics and combustion characteristics of410t/h boiler,a method was proposed to order the coal mill pattern of running according to their performance,and a control strategy based on the fuzzy PID to improve the air supply.Take the influence of pulverized coal range on pulverized coal combustion in boiler as the standard,the optimal operation mode of the pulverizer was determined.According to the current operation mode and the expert knowledge and experience,the fuzzy PID controller was used to establish the air supply loop for optimal control.After a series of simulation experiment results and examples,it proves that the above mentioned strategy is capable to improve safety and stability of the boiler system,and therefore are better than the traditional manual control and PID control.
