摘要
培养具备"工匠精神"的新型应用型人才是"制造强国"的重要需求。具备"工匠精神"的新型应用型人才的培养面临人才培养观念功利化、缺乏协同机制与保障体系的现实困境。要培养具备"工匠精神"的新型应用型人才,须树立新型人才观,改革人才培养制度,实现学校文化转型。
To cultivate the new applied talents with "craftsman spirit" is the important demand of "manufacturing power". The training of new applied talents with "craftsman spirit" is faced with the practical difficulties of utilitarian- ism, lack of cooperative mechanism and guarantee system in talent-training concept. To cultivate new talents with "craftsman spirit" , we should set up a new concept of talent, reform the talent-training system and realize the trans- formation of school culture.
