糖皮质激素治疗HBV相关原发性肝癌TACE术后慢加急性肝衰竭的疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的:观察糖皮质激素治疗HBV相关原发性肝癌TACE术后慢加急性肝衰竭的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析HBV相关原发性肝癌患者TACE术后慢加急性肝衰竭27例,给予糖皮质激素及对症治疗。结果:22例好转,术后4周死亡2例,术后8周死亡3例。有效率是81.48%。结论:糖皮质激素早期、短程、适量应用疗效较好,中晚期需进一步临床观察。
