摘要
介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁2 300 mm连铸机主要生产工艺,分析了开工以来该连铸机板坯发生角横裂缺陷的原因,并采取了一系列的改进措施,进行结晶器锥度、结晶器振动、结晶器冷却水、二冷水等参数优化,改善钢水在结晶器内和二次冷却区的冷却条件,使角横裂缺陷的发生率明显降低。
Zhanjiang Iron Steel Co.,Ltd. 2 300 mm continuous caster main processing is introduced and the cause of transverse corner crack from the beginning of the production is analyzed.A series of measures including taper of mold,oscillation of mold,flowing of cooling in mold,secondary cooling water and so on,namely the improvement of cooling conditions of liquid steel in mold and strand in second cooling zone,have efficiently reduced the rate of transverse corner crack.
