摘要
根据化学分析不确定度评定[1]和HG/T3378-2003《硝基漆稀释剂》[2],漆类稀释剂酸值测定的不确定度主要来源于样品称量,标准滴定溶液浓度,标准溶液消耗体积和样品测量重复性,并且分别对这些分量进行了量化计算[3],结果表明,当漆类稀释剂酸值为5.86 mg KOH/g时,其合成标准不确定度为0.03 mg KOH/g,扩展不确定度为0.06 mg KOH/g(P=95%,k=2)。其中标准溶液消耗体积引入的不确定度为主要影响因素,其次是标准滴定溶液浓度,因此降低这两项不确定度能更好的减小试验误差。
According to the general rules for uncertainty and HG/T3378-2003 "thinner for nitrocellulose paint" , the sources of the uncertainty were comprised of sample weighing, the concentration of the standard solution, the consumption volume of a standard solution and the repeatability of the measure sample. The main sources of uncertainty of acid value detemlination of thinner were analyzed. The results showed that when the acid value of the paint diluent was 5.86 mgKOH/g, the uncertainty of the synthetic standard was 0.03 mgKOH/g, and the extended uncertainty was 0.06 mgKOH/g (P = 95 % , k = 2 ). The uncertainty of the volume of standard solution was the main influencing factor and the second one was the concentration of the standard solution. Therefore, it was better to reduce the test error by reducing these two uncertainties.
