摘要
利用GC-MS测定食品用塑料包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)为例,根据GB/T 21928-2008《食品塑料包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》,建立数学模型对结果的不确定度进行评估和计算。分析了随机波动、天平称量过程、定容过程、标准溶液配制过程以及工作曲线拟合过程对测量不确定度的影响。结果表明,GC-MS法测定塑料包装材料中的不确定度主要来源于随机波动的影响,而其它过程对测量结果不确定度的影响可忽略不计。
The determination of phthalate esters in food plastic packaging materials was measured by GC-MS.Take dibutyl phthalate(DBP) as an example,a mathematical model about evaluation and calculation of measurement uncertainty of phthalate esters in food plastic packaging materials was developed according to GB/T 21928-2008 "determination of phthalate esters in food plastic packaging materials".The impacts of source of uncertainty were discussed,such as random fluctuations in the process of measurement,the weighing process,constant volume process,the preparation process of standard solution and standard curve fitting process.Evaluation results show that,the main source of measurement uncertainty was from the random fluctuations in the process of measurement while the influence from other process can be negligible.
