盐冻循环条件下SBS改性沥青及混合料的细观结构和低温蠕变性能 被引量:10

Microstructure and Low Temperature Creep Properties of SBS Modified Asphalt and Its Mixture under Salt Freezing Cycle

摘要 在寒冷地区道路常用融雪盐来融雪除冰,沥青路面极易因盐冻循环而造成损坏。本文通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)和万能试验机(UTM-100)对盐冻循环前后的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青及其混合料的细观结构和低温蠕变性能进行分析。结果表明:冻融循环后沥青及其混合料微观形貌变化明显,盐冻循环后沥青及其混合料表面出现的盐晶体会破坏沥青的膜结构和混合料结构的致密性,单纯水冻循环对沥青及其混合料低温性能影响较大;冻融循环后SBS改性沥青随温度降低其低温抗裂性能逐渐降低;选用低浓度融雪盐溶液可以在一定程度上保持SBS改性沥青及其混合料的低温抗裂性能;盐冻循环次数的增加,会降低SBS改性沥青及其混合料的低温性能。 Deicing salt are offen used to melt ice in roads of cold regions, while asphalt pavement is easy to be damaged by salt freezing cycle. The scanning electron microscope( SEM) , bending beam rheometer (BBR) and universal testing machine ( UTM-100) were used to analyze the microstructure and low temperature creep performance of styrene-butadiene-styrene tri-block copolymer ( SBS ) modified asphalt and its mixture before and after salt freezing cycle. The test results indicate that it has great change on microstructure of asphalt and asphalt mixture after freeze-thaw cycle,the salt crystal appear on the surface of the asphalt and its mixture can damage the structure of asphalt film and the compactness of mixture ; the water freezing cycle have a great influence on the low temperature performance of asphalt and mixture ; the low-temperature cracking resistance of SBS modified asphalt reduces gradually with the decrease of temperature after freeze-thaw cycles ; the low concentration of deicing salt can maintain the low temperature anti-cracking performance of SBS modified asphalt and its mixture to a certain extent; the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt and its mixture will be reduced by increasing of the number of salt freezing cycles.
