摘要
本文分析了近五年祁连县鼠疫监测结果,掌握现阶段祁连县鼠疫流行态势,为制定鼠疫防控措施提供科学依据。应用Excel软件分析2013—2017年祁连县鼠疫监测数据、鼠疫疫源地调查资料和人间鼠疫病例数据库,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果表明:2013—2017年,祁连县未发生人间鼠疫疫情;动物间鼠疫疫情时有发生;旱獭密度低于国家标准0.1只/hm^2;5年间从各种染疫动物及媒介昆虫体内分离到鼠疫菌1株;检出鼠疫FI阳性血清8份;鼠疫反向血凝实验阳性材料1份。可见祁连县鼠疫防控工作取得了一定成效,但局部地区仍存在动物间鼠疫流行和远距离传播的风险,人间鼠疫防控形式严峻。
This paper analyzes the results of the plague monitoring in Qilian county in the past five years for mastering the epidemic situation in Qilian county,and providing scientific basis for formulating plague prevention and control measures by using Excel software and the descriptive epidemiological method to analyze the data of plague surveillance data between2013 to 2017,the investigation data of plague foci and the database of human plague cases. The results showed that there was no human plague outbreak in Qilian county between 2013 and 2017. Plague outbreaks occur frequently in animals. The density of marmots was lower than the national standard of 0. 1/hm-2. In 5 years,1 Yersinia pestis strain was isolated from various infected animals and media insects. Eight copies of F1 pesti-positive serum were detected,one copy of positive material for the reverse blood coagulation of plague. It can be seen that the plague prevention and control work in Qilian county has achieved certain results,but there is still the risk of plague epidemic and long-distance transmission in the local area,and the situation of human plague prevention and control is serious.
