摘要
目的对2017年肇庆市某石材加工企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为石材加工行业职业病危害的预防和控制提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测及职业健康检查等方法进行评价。结果职业病危害因素检测结果显示71.4%的矽尘检测点、57.1%的噪声检测点和100.0%的手传振动检测点超标,其余职业病危害因素均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该石材加工企业职业病危害严重,工人发生矽肺、听力损伤和手臂振动病的风险较高,需采取一系列综合性的控制措施保护工人的健康。
[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a stone processing enterprise of Zhaoqing City in2017,provide the basis for prevention and control of occupational hazard in stone processing industry.[Methods]The on-site occupational health investigation,occupational hazard factors detection and occupational health examination were applied in evaluation.[Results]The occupational hazard factors detection showed that 71.4% of silicon dust detection points,57.1% of noise detection points,and 100.0% of hand-transmitted vibration detection points had the results exceeded the occupational exposure limits,and the results of other occupational hazards all met the national standard.[Conclusion] The occupational hazards are serious in the stone processing enterprise,and workers have high risk of silicosis,noise induced hearing loss and hand-arm vibration disease. It is necessary to take the integrated occupational control measures to protect the health of workers.
