徐州市某煤矿作业场所职业病危害现状分析 被引量:2

ANALYSIS ON OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS CONTROL IN WORKPLACE OF A COAL MINING IN XUZHOU CITY

摘要 目的了解徐州市某煤矿作业场所存在的职业病危害现状,旨在有效控制该煤矿的职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业健康体检、职业病危害因素检测和定量分级法等相结合的方法,对2015年该单位职业病危害现状展开调查。结果该煤矿主要职业病危害因素有煤矿粉尘、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、锰及其化合物、臭氧、硫化氢、一氧化碳、紫外辐射、高温、手传振动及噪声。检测结果中采煤面采煤司机岗位煤尘总尘时间加权浓度(TWA)为7.95mg/m^3、呼吸性TWA为4.18mg/m^3,超限倍数分别为2.9和2.3;掘进工作面(煤巷)打眼工手传振动4h等能量频率计权振动加速度为11.5m/s^2,掘进工作面(煤巷)打眼岗位8h等效噪声(LEX,8h)为86.0dB(A),其余岗位检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该煤矿总体职业病危害因素控制效果较好,少数岗位煤尘、手传振动及噪声的危害控制效果较差,需进一步加强职业卫生管理和个体防护工作。 Objective To understand the current situation of occupational hazards in workplace of a coal mining in Xuzhou city, and to effectively control the occupational hazards and protect health of workers. Methods The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were performed by occupational health filed in- vestigation, occupational health detection and occupational health examination. The current situation of oc- cupational hazards of the coal mining was investigated. Results The major occupational hazards in this coal mining were dust,oxides of nitrogen, SO2, Mn, 03, H2S, CO, vibration and noise. The coal mining driver jobs TWA was 7.95mg/m3 , the TWA of respirable coal dust was 4. 18mg/m3 , excursion limits was 2.9 and 2.3. The hand- arm vibration ahw(4) of driving drilling worker was 11.5m/s, LEX 8h was 86.0 dB (A). The other results all conformed to the standards. Conclusions The control effect of occupational haz ards is satisfactory, the control effect of dust, hand- arm vibration and noise in few job is poorly. They need to further strengthen the management of occupational health and personal protection.
