摘要
目的研究观察肝脏疾病中应用256排螺旋CT灌注成像的诊断价值。方法纳入我院2015年11月至2017年11月收治的肝脏疾病患者580例设为研究对象,将纳入患者设为观察组;并筛取120例同期健康体检志愿者设为对照组,两组人员均接受256排螺旋CT灌注成像检查,对比两组人员螺旋CT灌注成像检测结果。结果早期肝硬化组达峰时间、肝动脉灌注量、肝动脉灌注指数等指标高于肝炎组、肝纤维化组,而全肝脏总灌注量、门静脉灌注量等指标则低于肝炎组、肝纤维化组(P<0.05);对照组健康者检查显示全肝脏总灌注量(TLP)、门静脉灌注量(PVP)指标高于观察组,而其他指标均低于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论临床中对肝脏疾病使用256排螺旋CT灌注成像检查,能够对肝脏不同阶段血流灌注特点准确反映,为临床诊治提供科学有效的参考依据,值得推广。
Objective The diagnostic value of 256 row spiral CT perfusion imaging in the study of liver diseases. Methods A total of 580 liver disease patients admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were enrolled in the observation group. One hundred and twenty healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, The group received 256-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging and compared the results of spiral CT perfusion imaging. Results The peak time, hepatic artery perfusion, hepatic artery perfusion index and other indexes in early cirrhosis group were higher than those in hepatitis group and hepatic fibrosis group, while the indexes of total liver perfusion and portal vein perfusion were lower than those in hepatitis group and liver（P〈0.05）. The healthy control group showed that the indexes of total liver perfusion（TLP） and portal vein perfusion（PVP） were higher in the control group than those in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of 256-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of liver diseases accurately reflects the characteristics of perfusion in different stages of liver and provides scientific and effective reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is worthy of promotion.
