Review and Expectation of 3D Printing Applied to Ceramic Model Design

摘要 本文回顾了以往陶瓷3D打印模型设计技术并介绍了今后陶瓷3D打印模型技术的发展趋势,详细描述了陶瓷熔融沉积成型技术、立体光刻成型技术、选择性激光烧结技术、三维打印技术以及层压实体成型技术等方面的特点。面对陶瓷3D打印模型设计及工艺所存在的问题,对3D打印技术在陶瓷领域未来的发展方向进行了展望。 This paper reviews the history of ceramic model 3D printing and introduces the development trend of ceramic model 3D printing in the future. It describes the characteristics of ceramic fused deposition molding, three-dimensional photolithography, selective laser sintering, three-dimensional printing, laminating solid forming, etc. To solve the problems of ceramic 3D printing model design and process, the development direction of 3D printing technology in ceramic feld is predicted.
