摘要 风电具有波动性和间歇性特点,风电出力预测精度不高,大规模风电并网给电网调度部门发电计划安排和实时电力平衡带来一定的影响。介绍了风电出力特性,概述了风电不确定性对电网调度的影响,建立了含风电场的电力系统节能减排优化调度模型,考虑了风电对电网正、负备用容量的额外需求,通过优化常规火电机组出力实现风电全额消纳,并达到节能和减排的双重优化目标。实例计算验证了模型的有效性。 The output of wind farm has the characteristics of fluctuant and intermittent. And the prediction accuracy of wind power is limited. These characteristics have great impacts on the generation schedule and power real-time balancing for power grid dispatching department. The characteristics of wind power generation and its influence on power grid dispatching were summarized. The energy-saving and emission-reduction dispatching model of power system with wind power integration was established,considering the additional demand of wind power for the positive and negative reserve capacity. The outputs of thermal power unit are optimized in order to achieve the energy-saving and emission-reduction optimization goals,while the wind power are fully utilized. The test results show that the dispatching model is feasible.
