摘要
风力发电对电力系统的不利影响主要源自风电自身功率的随机性,风电并网问题的关键在于如何解决风电功率的不确定性.为此,需要首先对风电的波动特性进行深入分析,然后针对主要矛盾方能提出合理的解决方案.采用频域分析法对风电功率的波动特性进行详细分析,明确风电功率变化的频域分布.介绍风电功率预测和储能技术用于解决风电功率不确定性的应用,并根据频域分析结果给出储能技术选择的原则.风电功率预测与储能技术能够从根本上解决风电功率的不确定性,为风电等不确定性电源并网问题提供新思路.
The negative impacts from wind power on power system mainly results from the randomness of wind power itself.How to resolve the randomness is the key for grid-connection of wind power.As a result,the variation characteristics of wind power should be made clear.Then the reasonable solution can be proposed against the key problem.The frequency-domain analysis is adapted to analyze the variation characteristics of wind power.Then wind power forecast and energy storage technology are discussed,they are introduced to cope with the uncertainty of wind power.Meanwhile,the selection principle of energy storage is presented based on the frequency-domain analysis of wind power.Results indicate that both wind power forecast and energy storage technology can effectively compensate the uncertainty of wind power,which can supply new solution for grid-connection of wind power.
