摘要
目的探究在持续改进护理质量管理中应用品管圈,临床护理质量提升情况。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月本院骨科收治的482例患者为研究对象,其中以2016年1—12月收治的238例患者为对照组,患者入院期间根据病情给予相应护理,以2017年1—12月收治的244例患者为观察组,持续改进护理质量开展品管圈活动,比较品管圈实施前后医院患者对临床护理满意程度,观察品管圈实施前后医护人员护理质量差异。结果观察组护理服务理想,护理质量(风险评估、应急能力、护理操作以及五常法使用)评分高,P<0.05。结论临床在持续改进护理质量管理中应用品管圈,临床护理质量明显提升,患者满意度高。
Objective To explore the clinical efect of quality control circle in the continuous nursing improvement. Methods 482 patients treatedfrom January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected. From January to December 2016, 238 patients received the proper nursing care (control group); from January to December 2017, 244 patients received the quality control circle (observation group). Before and after intervention, the clinical satisfaction and nursing quality were observed. Results The nursing scores of risk assessment, emergency response capacity, nursing procedures and five permanent members for observation group were significantly improved (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle can greatly improve the nursing quality and clinical satisfaction.
