摘要
民间文学类非物质文化遗产是活在民众生活中的口头传统和语言艺术,具有区别于其他传统艺术的特性。要实现科学保护,就要在尊重传统、呵护遗产的基础上,采取有针对性且科学合理的保护方法,即:通过挖掘抢救,做好基础性保护;通过宣传教育,落实传承性保护;通过合理利用,坚持发展性保护,使之活在当代、融入生活、造福于民。
Different from other traditional arts, folk culture is an intangible cultural heritage of an oral tradition and language art living in people＇s life. In order to scientifically protect, we must do basic protection through digging and saving. We must implement inheriting protection through propaganda and education. We must make protection sus- tainably through a reasonable utilization so as to let it live in contemporary world and integrate it with living and be helpful to people.
