摘要
围绕中国西部民歌(花儿)歌会如何发扬光大,实现国际化发展这一主题,文章探索了中国西部花儿作为国家级非物质文化遗产由传承性保护向开发性保护转变,促进传承与开发并举的发展途径;探索了中华回乡文化园作为宁夏非物质文化遗产传承保护基地的发展方式,从文化力工程建设、文化TRIZ创新工程建设等方面对如何促进中国西部民歌(花儿)歌会这一活动实现长远发展提出了相关思路。
Concentrating on the theme of how to carry forward the internationalization development of thefolk songs（Hua’ er）in the West of China, the paper explores the developing ways of folk songs（Hua’ er）inthe West of China as China’ s intangible cultural heritage transformation from heritage protection to developement protection, takes approaches into promoting its“heritage”and“development”simultaneously. And, thepaper explores the developing way of China Culture Park of Hui Group as the heritage and protection base ofNingxia’ s intangible cultural heritage, puts forward relevant thoughts about how to promote singing party offolk songs（Hua’ er） in the West of China has achieved supernormal development from the aspects of“culturepower”engineering construction,“culture TRIZ”innovated engineering construction, etc.
