摘要
介绍一种新能源汽车用高压大电流连接器的设计,通过对连接器接触件结构、压接品质、防护等级、温升、电性能参数等指标的计算仿真,保证产品可靠性,满足用户要求。
This paper mainly introduces the design of a high voltage connector for new energy vehicles. Through the simulation on the connector contact structure, quality, protection level, temperature and electrical performance parameters, to ensure the reliability of products to meet user requirements.
