摘要
分析了架空线路常规预绞丝缠绕作业存在的作业时间长、缠绕间隙大、外形不美观、压接紧固不足等诸多问题,介绍了一种采用哈呋结构的新型预绞丝缠绕工具的研发方案、结构优化和操作特点。现场应用表明,该新型缠绕工具便于携带,操作简单,工艺可靠,通用性强,工作效率高,作业质量优。
This paper deals with various problems existing in the conventional pre-twisted winding operation for overhead lines, such as long operation time, large winding clearance, un- sightly appearance and insufficient fastening. And the paper in- troduces the development scheme, structure optimization and application characteristic of a new type of overhead line pre- twisted wire winding tool which is based on the structure of cefu- roxime. Field application shows that the pre-twisted wire wind- ing tool is easy to carry and simple in operation, with reliable process and versatility, high efficiency and excellent operation quality.
