摘要
腾讯滨海大厦核心筒区域采用液压爬模施工技术,部分核心筒水平结构由于安装了动臂塔式起重机和爬模机位未能与竖向结构同步施工。为避免上方核心筒爬模施工、外框结构施工对下方核心筒后施结构施工带来的安全威胁,解决立体交叉作业的安全防护难题,借鉴核心筒液压爬模施工技术,将液压爬模架系统简化为上操作架、安全防护平台、液压操作平台、液压爬升系统和吊装平台,借助爬模的预留洞口,逐层爬升至顶,为防护平台下方实施核心筒后施结构工作的人员提供周全的安全防护。
The construction technology of hydraulic climbing formwork is adopted in the core tube area of the Tencent Binhai Building. Partial horizontal structure of core tube is not synchronized with the vertical structure because of the installation of the jib tower crane and the climbing formwork position. In order to avoid the safety threat from the construction of the upper core tube climbing and the construction of the outer frame structure,and solve the problem of safety and protection for cross work,drawing on the construction technology of core tube hydraulic climbing formwork,the hydraulic climbing frame system is simplified as an upper operating frame,a safety protection platform,a hydraulic operating platform,a hydraulic climbing system and a hoisting platform. With the aid of a preformed hole in a climbing formwork,it climbs to the top step by step,which provide security and comprehensive application of structure of staff for protection under the platform after the implementation of the core tube.
