摘要
合肥华润万象城项目东塔楼结构40层、48层层楼板结构内缩,全钢爬架无法附着及爬升,在工期紧张、施工难度较大、安全难题较高等复杂工况下。在结构内缩层处设计一种钢立柱转换系统,将原设置在楼板上的爬架导轨附着支座和爬升吊挂件固定在钢立柱上,实现了全钢爬架在结构内缩层处的爬升。工程应用证明,该钢立柱转换系统爬升方式施工安全,节省了工期,降低施工成本。
Because the floor structure of the 40 th and 48 th layers of East Tower in Hefei MIXC project shrink,the steel climbing frame can not be attached and climb under the tight deadlines,the larger difficulty of construction,higher security challenges and other complex conditions. A steel column at the conversion system is designed in the inner shrink layers,the climbing guide rail and the climbing hanging hanging pieces set on the floor originally,which achieve the climb of the whole steel climbing frames in the structure. Engineering applications show that the construction of the steel columns climbing mode of the conversion system is safe,which saves the time limit and reduces construction costs.
