摘要
借助力学与体育的天然依存关系,分析动作从泛化、分化、巩固至自动化的形成特点,并融入迁移和定势理论,让力学伴随体育教学全程,继而延伸至课下,为实施翻转规避不必要的动作纠偏损失供给"提前量"。
This paper analyzes the characteristic of action formation from generalization, differentiation, consolidation to automation by virtue of the natural dependence of mechanics and physical education, and integrates the migration and set theory to make mechanics run through the whole process of physical education teaching and then extend to after-class. The purpose is to provide "initial lead" for implementing the flipped classroom, avoiding and correcting unnecessary action errors and loss.
