摘要
在高校实施尊重平等教育的根本目的是改善学生的成长环境,促进学生全面和谐发展,现代教育理念也更强调学校及教师对学生的尊重。然而,受传统文化影响及客观因素制约,我国高校学生受尊重的状况并不理想,在教师的眼里及学生眼里学生受尊重的地位也大大不同。本文力图分析尊重的含义及高校对学生尊重缺失的原因,从学生自我、教师、学校管理等方面提出针对性建议,为让学生受到更多尊重,使学生更能全面、健康、独立成长创造良好基础和条件。
The basic purpose of respecting equal education in colleges is to improve students＇ growth environment and promote students＇ all-round and harmonious development. Modern education philosophy also emphasizes the respect of students and students by teachers and schools. However,under the influence of traditional culture and objective factors,the situation of college students respected in our country is not satisfactory. Students are also greatly respected in the eyes of teachers and students. This paper seeks to analyze the meaning of respect and the reasons for lack of respect for students in higher colleges.It puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of students＇ self,teachers and school management so as to make students feel more respect and make students more comprehensive,healthy and independent growth to provide the basis and conditions.
