摘要
微反应器因其微米级特征尺寸、巨大的比表面积等特征,在传质、传热等方面较常规反应器具有明显的优势。能够实现精准控温、快速混合,具备数增放大、易于生产等优点,已成为国内外研究的热点,被广泛应用于科研工作和工业生产。介绍了微反应器的概念、分类、优缺点等,从亲核氟化、亲电氟化、自由基氟化3个角度叙述了微反应器在有机物氟化中的应用。
Microreactor has obvious advantages in the mass transfer,heat transfer and other aspects compared with conventional reactor because of its microscale feature size,hugely surface area and other characteristics,which has the ability to achieve precisely temperature control and rapidly mixing,with the advantage of increasing its scale and easy to produce and so on. It has become a hot and focal point in national and abroad and has been widely used in scientific research and industrial production. In this paper,the concept,classification,advantages and disadvantages of microreactor are introduced,and applications of microreactor in organic fluorination are described from three angles of nucleophilic fluorination,electrophilic fluorination and free radical fluorination.
