中国造纸及纸制品业碳排放因素分解与减排潜力分析 被引量:28

摘要 作为传统的高耗能、高排放行业之一,我国造纸及纸制品业的节能减排工作任重道远。基于2000—2015年对我国造纸及纸制品业碳排放状况的预测状况,运用LMDI模型对该行业碳排放变化的影响因素进行了分解,从优化能源结构视角预测了行业的碳减排潜力。结果表明:2000—2015年我国造纸及纸制品业CO_2排放呈现总量总体上升、强度逐步下降的态势;经济发展和劳动力供给是影响行业CO_2排放量增加的主要因素,能源强度和能源消费结构对行业CO_2排放的抑制作用显著。因此,进一步实施企业排放披露和监察政策、提升从业人员素质、推广低碳生产技术、改善能源供给质量和消费结构,是推进我国造纸及纸制品业绿色发展的可行途径。 As one of the traditional energy-intensive and high-emission industries,energy conservation and emission reduction was an important task for the development of Chinese papermaking and paper-products industry. Based on CO2 emissions date of the industry over the period 2000-2015,LMDI model was used to decompose the impacts of carbon emissions change. Afterwards,the carbon reducing potential of the industry was predicted on the perspective of optimizing energy structures. The results showed that: During 2000-2015,CO2 emission of Chinese papermaking and paper-products industry showed an overall increase and the intensity declined gradually. Economic development and labor supply were the main factors affecting the increase of CO2 emissions. Energy intensity and energy structure were the most significant contribution to the CO2 emission reduction in the industry. Therefore,making progress implementing emissions disclosure and supervision policies,enhancing staff quality,promoting low carbon production technology,improving the quality of energy supply and consumption structure,were the feasible way of green development in Chinese papermaking and paper-products industry.
