基于长尾理论效应下造纸工业双碳目标路径探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着碳达峰、碳中和的提出,我国的经济社会整个面临一场改革。造纸工业有天然绿色的属性,也是能源资源密集型的产业,随国家“双碳”目标的要求,推动造纸行业稳定实现碳中和、碳达峰。结合长尾理论与造纸行业能源资源消耗结构、碳排放特征及生产工艺水平节能低碳技术。介绍了造纸工业碳排放主要因素及控制节点,分析了长尾理论效应下造纸工业实现“双碳”目标面临的主要问题,探究出实现造纸工业“双碳”目标的发展路径,基于此,通过对造纸产业足迹的评估和针对性改进,以能源结构调整和原料转型为核心,加强废弃物利用、降低能源资源消耗为重点,以寻求工艺设备和节能低碳技术突破为关键,可提高造纸企业在原材料使用上的生产效率,长尾效应下有利于企业成本的降低。 With the proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China’s economic society is facing a reform.Paper industry has the natural green attribute,is also the energy resource intensive industry,with the national“double carbon”goal requirements,promote the paper industry to achieve carbon neutrality,carbon peak.This paper combines the long tail theory with the paper industry energy and resource consumption structure,carbon emission characteristics and production process level energy saving and low-carbon technology.Introduced the main factors in papermaking industrial carbon emissions and control node,analyzes the effect of the long tail of papermaking industry achieve“double carbon”the main problem,explore for realizing the objective of the paper industry“double carbon”development path,based on this,through the evaluation of the papermaking industry footprint and corresponding improvement,transformation of energy structure adjustment and raw materials as the core.Strengthening waste utilization,reducing energy and resource consumption as the focus,to seek technological equipment and energy-saving low-carbon technology breakthrough as the key,can improve the production efficiency of paper enterprises in the use of raw materials,the long tail effect is conducive to the reduction of enterprise cost.
